Refund and Returns Policy
If you receive a damaged, defective, incorrect, or incomplete product, raise a return request on the Sala.lk website. Submit return requests within 14 days from the delivery date.
Valid Reasons to Return an Item
- Delivered product is damaged (physically destroyed or broken) or defective.
- Delivered product is incomplete (missing items and/or accessories).
- Delivered product is incorrect (wrong product/size/color, fake item, or expired).
- Delivered product does not match the description or images (not as advertised).
- Delivered product does not fit (size is unsuitable).
Conditions for Returns
- For IT and electronic products, you must return the item unused, in its original condition, and free from any signs of damage, tampering, or use.
- The product must include all original tags, user manuals, warranty cards, freebies, invoices, and accessories.
- Return the product in its original, undamaged packaging or box. If the item was delivered in Sala.lk branded packaging, use the same packaging for the return. Do not place tape or stickers directly on the manufacturer’s box.
- To ensure a smooth return process, return all items in their original, unused condition and packaging. We cannot accept returned packages that are damaged, altered, or show signs of use. If you return a product in a damaged state, we reserve the right to reject the return and send the item back to you.
NOTE: Be sure to include the Order Number and Return Tracking Number on your return package to avoid any delays or issues with your return.
If you return a product in inadequate condition, Sala.lk reserves the right to send it back to you.
Issuance of Refunds
If your product qualifies for a refund, we will refund the shipping fee along with the full amount paid for the returned product.
Once we have received your product and it has undergone a quality control (1-2 working days), the expected refund processing times would be 1working day.
